Hose lengths of upto 6 meters can be manufactured, standard maximium length is 4 meters.
The Tapflo 655 wire reinforced silicone hose is made of silicone material in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600,FDA-Bfr part XV from Germany and when requested USPclass VI.
Tapflo 655 is manufactured in two versions, our standardFDA approved version and our high purity platinum cured version. Both are manufactured with four ply polyester fabric reinforcements and a 302L stainless steel spring wire which is encased in the hose wall.
Tapflo 655 hoses are ideally suited for product transfer applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries and are perfect for applications where strigent aseptic conditions are required.
All fittings used with the Tapflo 655 silicone hoses are of 316L stainless steel and are hygienic designed, thus eleminating any areas of possible contamination and making the hoses perfect for cleaning in place ( CIP ).
